Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal
We, at the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal, promote the development of a
strong, proud, representative and committed membership. We also provide services
designed to meet the needs of our members. We are the voice of the business
community and of the people of Greater Montreal for all aspects of their
economic growth and prosperity, as well as serving as a catalyst and unifying
body for the driving forces of the Montreal economy. The Board of Trade is
actively engaged in key sectors of economic development. As such, it advocates
an action-oriented philosophy based on credibility, proactivity and impact.

Montréal centre-ville
Montréal centre-ville is the Downtown Business Development Corporation (SDC), a
non-profit organization that brings together nearly 5,000 member businesses
located between Atwater Avenue and Saint-Urbain Street, and between Sherbrooke
and Saint-Antoine Streets. Montréal centre-ville is the biggest organization of
its kind in Canada. A place of business, a tourist destination and a living
environment, downtown Montreal shines through the diversity of its offer: there
are thousands of shops, but also museums, restaurants, hotels and several
activities. Every day, more than 500,000 people roam the streets of the
downtown, whether they are tourists, workers, residents or students.

Montréal International
For the past 27 years, Montréal International (MI) has contributed to building
Greater Montréal’s international reputation and prosperity by acting as a
driving force for economic development. Its mandate is to attract direct foreign
investment, international organizations, entrepreneurs, talented workers and
international students to the region. Our team consists of 80 professionals with
specialized expertise, including in the divisions of Talent Montréal (attracting
international talent) and I choose Montréal (attracting and retaining
international students).

The West Island of Montreal Chamber of Commerce (WIMCC) is the voice of the West
Island business community, as it represents the needs of its 850 members. The
WIMCC’s mission is to encourage and promote the development of the business
community. Its territory includes all municipalities from Lachine to
Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.
